Cliff Kuehn is Of Counsel at Dergosits & Noah, a full-service intellectual property firm in San Francisco. He assists multinational companies with implementing global trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies and works across several industries including high tech companies, food and beverage brands, fashion labels, and entertainment. His extensive intellectual property experience and education abroad in Germany, Spain, Sweden, and India are the lens through which he counsels and teaches.

During his time at the European Union, he worked on trademark litigation before the EU Court of Justice and was also instrumental in developing and drafting trademark examination guidelines. He is passionate about helping not only his clients, but students and other attorneys with their international aspirations. In his free time he works on independent film projects, takes leisurely bike rides throughout the Bay Area, and fine tunes his sourdough bread recipe.
