On January 26, more than 100 community members came together for the 2024 USF Law Review Symposium, Navigating Gentrification in Our Changing Cities.
City planners, housing advocates, real estate professionals, and law faculty discussed ways to navigate positive transformations while mitigating displacement and gentrification.
