Biography

Zachary T. McCoy is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of G. Franchesca Callejo. His areas of practice include Conservatorships, Guardianships, Probate and Trust administration, and Estate Planning. Zach is also a member of the Court Appointments Panel in San Francisco County, Marin County, and Alameda County, where he provides representation to those who are subject to a conservatorship and need an attorney but cannot afford, or ask for one. Zach is also currently a tutor for the University of San Francisco School of Law ABES program and ALA where he assists current students and recent graduates in preparing for the California Bar Exam.

Zach received his JD Magna Cum Laude from University of San Francisco School of Law. While at USF Zach was president of the student bar association, completed an employment law certificate, was an editor on law review, and participated in various student and faculty panels.
