Biography

Everett Monroe (’14) advises clients on state, federal, and international data privacy laws and regulations with a focus on negotiating commercial data protection agreements and due diligence reviews of international transfers of personal data. Everett is also an adjunct professor at USF teaching courses on Information Privacy Law and Business Law and is actively involved with USF’s Moot Court Program, coaching its trademark competition teams and working with other teams as a practice judge. Everett received his BS in electrical engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2005.
