Biography
Danae Robinson is an attorney with Pirkey Barber PLLC, a trademark and copyright firm. Danae focuses her practice on trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law, with a primary focus on trademark enforcement and prosecution for some of the most well-known brands in the world. Danae regularly advises clients on the management and protection of their domestic and international portfolios. Danae conducts global trademark clearance searches and oversees trademark application filings. She assists clients with domain issues, including the protection of their marks through UDRP proceedings. Danae has experience with contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as drafting and negotiating settlement agreements. Danae also advises clients regarding licensing matters.
