Biography
Nicole Phillips is a legal research, writing, and analysis assistant professor at USF. As an attorney she represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, with a focus on employment discrimination claims. In her practice, she also represents local Bay Area school districts in all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation including issues involving students, staff, and faculty. She received her BA from UCSD in 20th Century History and obtained her JD from USF School of Law.
