Biography

Lee Rudnicki is an entertainment and technology attorney, producer, and USF Law alumnus with more than two decades of experience in entertainment, technology, intellectual property, and international business transactions. His practice spans feature films, television, animation, digital media, artificial intelligence, and cross-border productions, with extensive experience in production legal, financing, licensing, intellectual property, and complex commercial agreements. He has served as General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Business Affairs, producer, and outside counsel for companies producing content for major studios and global streaming platforms, including Netflix and Paramount+.

In addition to his legal practice, Lee has served as an adjunct law professor for more than 15 years, preparing students for careers at the intersection of law, business, technology, and the creative industries.
