Biography

Justine Levy is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she brings extensive practical experience in intellectual property law to the classroom. She earned her Juris Doctor with an Intellectual Property & Technology Law Certificate with honors from USF Law in 2020, where she served as Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and received multiple academic scholarships.

Prior to joining the faculty, Justine served as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from 2021 to 2025, conducting comprehensive trademark examinations and managing substantial application dockets. She also served as Articles Editor for the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society. Her diverse experience includes legal work at Harvey & Company, Digital Realty, and international externships in Berlin and Paris focusing on intellectual property matters.

Justine also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is admitted to the California State Bar.
