Jordan Hameen

Biography
Jordan Hameen is an intellectual property attorney in private practice who advises clients on trademark, copyright, and advertising matters with a focus on global brand protection and emerging technologies, including generative AI. She brings a strategic, business-oriented approach to intellectual property enforcement, portfolio management, and risk mitigation, and is an alumna of the University of San Francisco School of Law’s Intellectual Property Clinic.
Jordan has worked at the intersection of artificial intelligence and creative technologies through an in-house secondment at Adobe Inc. and was selected for Google’s Lead Mentor Program, where she collaborated with in-house counsel on complex technology issues. Her experience includes advising on copyright fair use, trademark clearance and prosecution, and brand enforcement strategies.
A graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, Jordan serves on the International Trademark Association Academic Committee and the SFIPLA Advisory Board.
