Biography

Deborah was most recently an Associate Director of Career Services at USF Law School.   She spent the majority of her 15+ years in law as a corporate securities lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She was also a Mergers and Acquisitions attorney at Applied Materials, and practiced at various in-house legal departments, eventually transitioning to a Business Development and Policy executive at numerous Silicon Valley funded start-ups and companies for over 10 years. Some of these companies included Shutterfly, Inc., a photo-storage publicly traded company, and VC-funded start-ups such as HackerOne, a cybersecurity company funded by Benchmark and NEA, and Massdrop, a consumer e-commerce company, funded by Cowboy Ventures and Mayfield Fund. Chang attended Stanford University where she majored in Economics and Feminist Studies, and the University of Michigan Law School.
