Students can choose to create their own specialty in our general LLM Degree, the LLM in International Transactions and Comparative Law, or specialize in LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law.
Students in all programs learn from expert faculty members who empower lawyers with a comprehensive understanding of law and policy. Classes are offered in person on USF’s main campus, located steps from Golden Gate Park and 15 mins from the California Supreme Court.
Both programs allow you to take the necessary coursework for the California or New York Bar Exams. Both full and part-time options are offered. Every applicant is considered for merit scholarship and the average scholarship for the class of 2023 was 63%.
