Sound installation with doll house, video, choir robes, paintings, and a case of artifacts 
Artifacts in case include memories and musing from members of Red Clay Sound Haus, Decon Alva, Mother Inez, the Anderson Family, Ander Brother’s Contracting, Zion Hill Baptish Church, and Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Objects include photographs, wallet, cast iron pot, cane, hair, and other personal items.

Case by Tossie Long includes photograph of the artist as a child, black-eyed peas, hair, shells, yarn, cotton, and cinnamon.

Two cases feature past performance photographs and resources, including books Wabi-Sabi: Further Thoughts, Wabi-Sabi for Artists, Designers, Poets & Philosophers, Listen to Stone: the art and life of Isamu Noguchi by Hayden Herrera, In Praise of Shadows by Jun’ichiro Tanzaki.

As part of the exhibition, the curator also created an offering for each artist and a respite area that includes poems by students in the Curatorial Practicum class.
