You do not have to be a professional athlete to get paid for being on the field. Since graduating from the University of San Francisco Sport Management Master’s Program, Will Kiss has worked in media relations for the Stanford University athletic department, as the assistant director of communications for the West Coast Conference, and for the Oakland Raiders public relations department for the last six years.
Naturally, when the Raiders traveled to London earlier this season under the NFL’s program to build the game overseas, Will traveled as well. Even the 28+ hours of roundtrip air time required for this business trip could not knock the smile of Will’s face.
