St Anne’s
Located at 1330 14th Avenue on the St. Anne of the Sunset Church and School site, about 1.5 miles from campus, St. Anne's has two floors housing roughly 45 students, most in single rooms, with a central kitchen and large lounge area. It's reserved for law students, with some rooms set aside for LLM students.
Nagle Hall
USF purchased the property at 2340 Turk Blvd. in October 2025, previously the motherhouse for the Sisters of the Presentation, and converted it into Nano Nagle Hall, which houses 40 graduate students in single-occupancy rooms. It's the only residential facility at USF that issues residents physical keys instead of access cards.
