Please refer to the specific cancellation policies and procedures for questions regarding refunds. Fees are not pro-rated and there are no make-up sessions.

Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons

This aquatics program observes a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes to an appointment must be done by calling (415) 422-6811 during Koret Business Hours (Mon.-Fri., 6 a.m. – 10 p.m., Sat.-Sun., 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. Group Swim Lessons & Other Aquatic Programs

Program refunds are available only if requested a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of the program. Fees are not pro-rated and there are no make-up sessions. A complete list of registration policies for Aquatics programs is available upon request. Please email aquatics@usfca.edu for more information.

A refundable $25 deposit is required to hold a spot in this course. Participants must attend all 6 class meetings to qualify for a refund. This fitness program observes a 24-hour cancellation policy. Patrons who need to cancel are instructed to email KHRC@usfca.edu at least 24 hours in advance.

Program refunds are only available prior to the start of an Intramural league. Refunds will be given as a credit back to your Active Net account. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Recreational Sports Department at KHRC@usfca.edu.

Please contact the Recreational Sports Department at KHRC@usfca.edu if you have a refund request related to Koret Locker Reservation or need to change locker location.

There are no refunds given for cancellations! If a participant can no longer attend an outdoor Adventure trip, please email KHRC@usfca.edu and be removed from the trip list. This must be completed 72 hours prior to the Outdoor Adventure trip. If completed with a 72 hour notice a credit will be applied to the participants Active Net account. This credit can be used for another Koret transaction. If the participant does not attend or give 72-hour notice that they cannot attend the trip, they do not receive a credit to their account.

The Recreational Sports Department reserves the right to make ALL final decisions regarding any discrepancies involving Outdoor Adventures.
