Brunch and Broadway: An Afternoon in Havana

Connect with fellow USF alumni and parents for an afternoon of brunch, culture, and community in New York City.

We'll start by getting into the Cuban vibe with a brunch reception at Havana Central, just a couple blocks from the theatre. Enjoy a curated selection of savory canapés paired with beer, wine, and a mojito bar.  It's a chance to catch up with members of the USF community and to meet Dons you haven't seen in a while.

After the reception we'll make our way one block to the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre for a matinee performance of Buena Vista Social Club on Broadway — the Tony and Grammy Award–winning true story of the retired Cuban musicians who reunited in 1990s Havana and made one of the best-selling world-music albums of all time.
