The School of Management at the University of San Francisco Announces a New Partnership with SuccessCOACHING
The new partnership will deliver Certified Customer Success Manager courses in the Executive Education Department
SAN FRANCISCO (December 9, 2021) — The Executive Education Department at the University of San Francisco (USF) School of Management will debut a set of new Certified Customer Success Manager courses in 2022 in partnership with SuccessCOACHING, a leading Customer Success Management training and consulting firm.
The USF School of Management offers leading-edge educational programming in many business disciplines, both established and growing. Most recently, as part of its highly ranked MBA program, USF has created the world’s first university program focused on the rapidly emerging new field of Customer Success Management.
Starting in 2022, SuccessCOACHING and USF will jointly offer four 12-week virtual courses, each of which provides students with education on topics associated with the Customer Success Management profession. Each of these courses will be offered three times per year, and students who successfully complete each course will also be eligible for Continuing Education Units.
