Congratulations to our USF MBA team of Min Yao Chong, Alexander Labinov, Sara Razavi, Kristen Trad, and Amy Whittaker for their outstanding performance in the 2012 Hult Global Case Challenge.  They were one of the regional competing teams selected from more than 4,000 applications received by the Hult Contest organizers.

After preparing for weeks, the team gave a sterling performance and innovative solution for the non-profit organization, “One Laptop per Child”, in its effort to increase the amount of lap tops that reach children around the world. While another team won the final decision, our team represented USF and the School of Management with great distinction.

Professors Nick Imparato, Richard Stackman and Mark Cannice were very pleased to help coach the team.

The team commented, "The event was superb; what stands out for me, is how our team really came together and supported one another in the last 48 hours.  Because of our team leaders, our final presentation didn't look that different from the presentation that won the entire event!

It was such an incredible learning experience and I love the "magic" that happened at 3am before the event!  And by "magic", I mean the lightning bolts of inspiration that hit various team members!  We're proud of our final proposal and thankful for all the support we received from our professors, especially from our professor-coach!"

Congrats again to our innovative and visionary MBA students, Min Yao Chong, Alexander Labinov, Sara Razavi, Kristen Trad, and Amy Whittaker!
