Center for Business Studies & Innovation in Asia-Pacific
The Center for Business Studies & Innovation in Asia-Pacific (CBSI-AP) bridges innovation between San Francisco and Asia-Pacific through the production of high impact research, publications, development programs, training, and resources. It also provides a platform for collaboration among industry leaders, policymakers, and academic business communities in San Francisco and Asia-Pacific.
The new Center for Business Studies & Innovation in Asia-Pacific (CBSI-AP) will be inaugurated under its new name on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022 to reflect both its broader geographic coverage and a new focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. The center’s work will inform and equip current and future leaders with cutting-edge business knowledge and practices, as well as facilitate broader and deeper engagement between the academic, business, and broader communities in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. The new center will expand the work of the former Chinese Business Studies Institute (CBSI), started in 2014, to share knowledge of global Chinese business by connecting scholars, practitioners, policy makers, students, and alumni through its unique global positioning in San Francisco.
The Center for Business Studies & Innovation in Asia-Pacific is the San Francisco/Silicon Valley-based thought-leader, learning hub, and bridge builder for the U.S. and Asia-Pacific business communities.
The Center for Business Studies & Innovation in Asia-Pacific informs and equips current and future leaders with cutting-edge business knowledge and practices. With a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship, the Center leverages its unique location in San Francisco and Silicon Valley to facilitate broader and deeper interaction between the academic, business, and broader communities in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific.
