The University of San Francisco School of Management’s Executive Education Program and Growth Molecules™ Announce Partnership

SAN FRANCISCO (April 4, 2023) – The Executive Education Program at the University of San Francisco (USF) School of Management has announced a new partnership with Growth Molecules, a leading customer success consulting and training firm. Beginning in summer 2023, the ‘USF Growth Molecules™ Success Academy’ is a CSA-accredited certification and training program focused on helping Customer Success professionals learn to effectively manage and grow customer accounts.  This training includes 13 weeks of interactive coaching sessions that enable skill application across many segments and industries, ranging from Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology companies to traditional brick-and-mortar businesses.

“Our partnership with Growth MoleculesTM is another key component of our unique and thriving Customer Success educational portfolio,” said USF School of Management Dean Otgo Erhemjamts. “In particular, we are excited to be able to provide our community with proven and effective training on how to develop customer relationships and drive revenue growth. We are also thrilled to work with an industry leader with a strong reputation within the world of Software-as-a-Service and Customer Success.”

The USF Growth Molecules Success Academy enables professionals, regardless of their background, to learn the foundations of customer success and account management focused on expansion, renewals, support, and leadership skills. The goal of the Academy is to teach all graduates how to protect and grow revenue, all while earning continuing education credits.

“We have been preparing students and members of our community to succeed in the world of SaaS and Customer Success, and the courses we’ll be offering with Growth Molecules add an important element,” said Dr. Vijay Mehrotra, professor of Business Analytics and director of USF’s Customer Success Initiative. “Driving revenue growth through Customer Success is something that the best SaaS firms are already doing -- and we are excited to be providing education around this increasingly important topic.”
