Due to public health concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) the 2020 Human Rights Film Festival has been cancelled.

We are celebrating our eighteenth anniversary with an amazing program. This year’s films address human rights violations in the U.S., Syria, Guatemala, The Philippines, Chile, Argentina, China, Hawaii, Australia, Nicaragua, Canada, and Myanmar. The issues include: political repression, genocide, disappearances, human trafficking, women’s rights, climate change, environmental destruction, LGBTQ rights, racism, indigenous rights, colonialism, extractive economy, migrations, immigration, refugees.
