Composed of a diverse and unique faculty, the Organization & Leadership (O&L) MA program exposes students to a continuum of new knowledge and understanding that reflects current theories and research. A program developed for leaders who are motivated to transform themselves and their institutions based on principles of justice, democratic participation, and service.

In partnership with the Transformative School Leadership program, the Organization and Leadership MA is also offered with a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential.
