USF’s interdisciplinary Advertising major, grounded in a broad liberal arts education, empowers students to become well-rounded professionals who are prepared to meet the wide-ranging demands of the global marketplace.


The Advertising major combines courses in Advertising, Communication Studies, Design, Computer Science, and Business; students tailor their courses of study to reflect their particular career interests. Advertising majors get extensive practical experience in the creation of advertising campaigns through class projects, internships, and opportunities to participate in various competitions.
