We developed the program in consultation with leaders from Global advertising agencies. And as a result, we have tracks that prepare students for a plethora of different jobs, not just in ad agencies, but in pretty much any marketing Communications based role the major culminates with the selection of a Capstone either two internships or participation in a national advertising competition and completion of a course designed specifically to prepare each individual student to enter the workforce. It was so amazing being recognized as One of the 50 most promising Multicultural students in my experience a part of that group. I got to talk to a lot of recruiters from a lot of different agencies. Well, the proof that are a program effectively prepares students for the workforce. I think it's apparent in the doors that open for them some even before they graduate so I'm actually working full-time as an assistant account executive at widen and Kennedy. They're an independent Ad Agency based in Portland, but I have learned about advertising. I know applies globally this past summer. I was offered an internship in one of the best agencies in the world in their office in India. I was able to apply everything I'd learned even internationally. I'm not learning from a textbook. I'm learning from industry experts who bring the real world to the classroom. I feel like I'll really be able to hit the ground running when I graduate.
