Ravi Kline

Ravi Kline is an educator, instructional leader, and adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco with more than 22 years of experience in early childhood, special education, instructional coaching, and educational leadership. Their work focuses on creating inclusive and equitable learning environments, strengthening instructional practice, and supporting the professional growth of educators. Ravi brings extensive experience in curriculum design, professional learning, systems improvement, and coaching across diverse educational settings.

Throughout their career with the San Francisco Unified School District and the University of San Francisco, Ravi has led initiatives focused on early literacy, Universal Pre-K, Universal Design for Learning, inclusion, and educator development. She is committed to equity-centered leadership and sustainable systems that empower educators and improve outcomes for all learners. Ravi's work is grounded in collaboration, reflective practice, and a belief that high-quality education should be inclusive, responsive, and accessible to every student.
