Heather Streets

Heather M. Streets comes from a family of scholars and is the sixth to earn a doctorate, which she completed at the University of San Francisco (USF). Heather’s scholarship centers her ongoing interest in deepening and expanding conversations about anti-Blackness in higher education and uncovering the ways in which Black students respond. At USF she serves as an adjunct professor and a writing coach for Black doctoral students, providing mentorship, thought partnership, critical insights, and support tailored to their individual needs.
