Biography
Erika Boissiere is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT #84047) specializing in couples therapy. She is the founder of The Relationship Therapy Group, a San Francisco–based practice dedicated to helping couples strengthen their relationships through practical, evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy.
As an adjunct instructor, Erika teaches master’s-level courses to students preparing to become marriage and family therapists. She has also contributed to Forbes, writing about the intersection of business and relationships.
Before becoming a therapist, Erika spent nearly a decade in the financial services industry, working with BlackRock and other buy-side and sell-side firms. Her corporate background informs both her clinical work and her teaching, allowing her to bring a pragmatic, accessible, and tools-based perspective to complex relational concepts.
Erika is married to fellow marriage and family therapist Philip Boissiere, and they have two children.
