Undergraduate Programs

The minor in Asian Pacific American Studies prepares students to work with an increasingly global and diverse society. Our program emphasizes critical thinking and writing, along with civic engagement, community outreach, and leadership and development.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to broaden perspectives on class, gender, sexuality, religion, and other identities that comprise and intersect with APA communities. Students explore APA art, health, communication, and politics, as well as their legacy of struggle and ongoing contributions to American culture and democracy.
