Pardis Khosravi
Adjunct Professor
Biography
Dr. Pardis Khosravi is an adjunct professor at the South Bay campus and a licensed psychologist specializing in work with adolescents and transitional-aged youth. She currently serves as Senior Clinical Director at One Life Counseling Center, where she oversees clinical services and is deeply committed to strengthening community-based mental health care and developing the next generation of therapists. Previously, she served as Clinical Director at Children’s Health Council, where she led an interdisciplinary team serving children, teens, and young adults with mental health and learning challenges.
Dr. Khosravi has provided therapeutic and assessment services across a wide range of settings, including community mental health, schools, intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment centers, and juvenile probation. She has extensive training in the treatment and assessment of youth presenting with depression, anxiety, suicidality and self-harming behaviors, ADHD, learning differences, and other complex clinical needs. Trained in multiple evidence-based approaches, she integrates modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to meet the individualized needs of each client. Additionally, in 2025, she earned her Diplomate in School Neuropsychology, further strengthening her expertise in psychoeducational assessment. She is passionate about psychological assessment as a tool to clarify strengths and challenges and emphasizes clear, actionable recommendations that empower families, build resilience, and create a meaningful path forward across academic, social, and emotional domains.
