Undergraduate Programs

How much and what kind of physical activity is beneficial? What impact does exercise have on the human brain? How can kinesiology help improve the quality of life for underrepresented communities? What is preventative health care? By examining the physical and mental benefits of exercise, kinesiology students gain the knowledge to promote healthier lifestyles for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Through BA and BS degree options, supplementary minors, professional opportunities, and service around the San Francisco Bay Area, students enrolled in USF’s Kinesiology department develop the practical knowledge and hands-on experience to promote the health and well being of all people.
