The Asian Studies major prepares students for USF’s 4+1 BA/BS, Master’s in Asia Pacific Studies program, as well as master’s and PhD programs at other universities. Equipped with a dynamic skillset, our students go on to a wide range of fields, including teaching, advocacy work, and even data analysis.
My professors encouraged us to use the city and the world as our classroom. I was an intern for former Assemblywoman Fiona Ma, serving as a liaison for the Asian Pacific Islander American community, and I was part of the Filipino American outreach team for Senator Yee's 2011 mayoral campaign."
