Biography

Rajeev S. Naidu, Ed.D., is an accomplished audio engineer, educator, and Recording Academy/GRAMMYs member with extensive expertise in recording, mixing, post-production, and live sound. He spent six years at the Grammy Award-winning company EDnet, collaborating with Sony, Pixar, Disney, DreamWorks, and Skywalker Sound, and for over a decade has been a live sound engineer and board member at SF Live Arts, working with artists such as Joan Baez, Molly Tuttle, and Ramblin’ Jack Elliott. His productions have reached #13 on the Billboard All Genres chart and earned over 3.7 million streams as of 2025. Dr. Naidu  holds an Ed.D. in Learning & Instruction from the University of San Francisco, and has presented research on psychoacoustics, semiotics of sound, and the role of deliberate practice in audio engineering skill development at national and international conferences, combining technical expertise with academic rigor to mentor the next generation of audio professionals.
