Biography
Nurse educator and implementation scientist focused on AI-enabled care delivery, workforce wellbeing, and nursing education innovation. Passionate, detail-oriented, solution-driven, strong clinical background in various health care settings (complex acute care hospital, ambulatory care and specialty care etc.) coupled with academic experience in evidence-based practice, nursing and clinical research, patient safety, quality improvement, and research quality and compliance. Proficient in leading healthcare operations and research combining advanced understanding in primary care, oncology, public health, perinatal health, women's health and mental health among others.
