Biography

Grace Cruz Myint holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Pacific Union College and has three years of teaching experience. She has worked as a Float Pool Nurse at Sutter Health, providing care across the CVICU, telemetry, ER, and Med-Surg units. She also has hands-on experience working with nursing students in both clinical settings and simulation labs.

Guided by Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring, Grace’s teaching philosophy emphasizes respect, compassion, and holistic development. She values the unique strengths and experiences each student brings and strives to foster their growth into competent, reflective, and caring nurses. Grace creates a positive and inclusive learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, and mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth, preparing students to excel in diverse healthcare settings.
