Derek Howard has more than 30 years of experience in  complex litigation on behalf of athletes, consumers, employees and trust  beneficiaries. He has served as Co-Lead Counsel in nationwide class action cases and obtained substantial awards through  both jury verdicts and pre-trial settlements. Mr. Howard’s practice has provided counseling and litigation advice concerning sporting organizations, major Fortune 500 corporations, and has attained newsworthy and groundbreaking settlements.
