Biography
Dennis Wei is a 2024 alumnus of the ESM program, currently working as an Energy Analyst at ICF Consulting, where he supports transmission and generation development projects.
Dennis focuses on helping state and federal stakeholders evaluate the benefits of new energy infrastructure, including contributions to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Transmission Facilitation Program (TFP).
Dennis also has a personal interest in critical mineral supply chains, particularly those essential to the energy transition.
