Leading with Balance: Reflective Leadership and Resilience in Healthcare

The immersion will be hosted at the Jesui2 Retreat Center in Los Altos, offering a peaceful and restorative setting just south of San Francisco, an ideal environment for reflection, learning, and connection.
Enrollment covers on-site accommodations, including a private room with a private bathroom, as well as three meals per day throughout the immersion.
The enrollment fee does not include travel. Each participant is responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat center.
*Registration is contingent upon meeting minimum enrollment. The University reserves the right to cancel or modify the program if the minimum number of participants is not reached by March 14, 2026. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
