New students, upload your photo ID now
So many uses, just one card.
At USF, your One Card is your ID, dorm room and building access, and on-campus debit card all rolled into one. Borrow from the library, gain access to the Koret Health and Recreation Center, buy Dons gear from the university bookstore, and more.
If you live on campus and are on the Flexi Meal Plan, your One Card is your ticket to getting meals from any university dining location. Otherwise, you can load Don Dollars* — the funds for an optional USF debit account — to your One Card. With Don Dollars, you can purchase food at discounted prices and pay for all other on-campus expenses: shopping at the campus bookstore, and printing or copying materials for class.
Convenience and Safety
One Card not only makes student life easier, it helps keep the entire campus community safe. With One Card, you don't need to carry cash as you move around campus. And if you live in one of USF’s dormitories, your One Card will serve as your exclusive key-card to your new home. Doubling as your room key, it will be coded with a personal security PIN to ensure your complete privacy. Every One Card grants different levels of access to different USF card holders, including students, professors, and university staff.
Green One Card
- One Card uses Datacard’s Go Green printer ribbon to print all of our cardstock. Not only are the biodegradable ribbon cores engineered with EcoPure additive, but Datacard’s Ribbon Saver feature helps eliminate waste by tracking ribbon consumption and notifying us when a ribbon needs to be replaced.
In support of USF’s commitment to implement sustainable practices on campus, and in accordance with initiatives from the Office of Sustainability, Environmental Safety, USF Recycles, and Purchasing Services, the One Card office is proud to be the first office at USF to achieve Green Office Level 4 Certification.
Holiday & Break Hours
The One Card office is closed on University holidays and over holiday weekends. There are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri hours during break and final exam periods.
