Frank Fletcher

Senior Director of MBA Programs, University of San Francisco

With over two decades of experience in higher education leadership, Frank Fletcher brings a wealth of expertise in program development, strategic planning, and student recruitment to drive academic excellence and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Senior Director of MBA Programs at the University of San Francisco since August 2015, Frank is responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance across a diverse portfolio of MBA programs, including Full-time, Part-time, and Executive tracks. Managing a team overseeing over 250 students, Frank excels in setting performance targets, guiding day-to-day operations, and fostering collaborative environments that drive success.

Frank’s previous roles include Head of Marketing and Recruitment at Vlerick Business School in Brussels, Belgium, where he developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies to align with enrollment objectives and managed international recruitment efforts across multiple continents. Prior to that, as Executive Director of Graduate Programs at Baruch College in New York, he played a pivotal role in strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the graduate management programs’ offerings and reputation.

His career journey also includes significant contributions at Fordham University Graduate School of Business, where he served as Director of Graduate Admissions, leading global marketing initiatives, managing recruitment efforts in over 20 countries, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve enrollment targets and elevate program rankings.

Frank holds an MBA in General Management from Fordham University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Fordham University. His dedication to academic excellence, student success, and innovative program development has consistently driven positive outcomes and positioned institutions for long-term success in a competitive higher education landscape.

Elizabeth Woods is a senior enrollment specialist with over eight years of experience in higher education admissions. She earned her undergraduate degree in communications from The University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She takes pride in being an advocate and cheerleader for students while they navigate the challenging task of applying to schools.
