My favorite memory was my first day

back on campus from the pandemic,
just seeing it all back in person.

It was just in my dreams
and my memories at that point.

Being able to step back on campus
and live the rest of my undergrad,

it was really a dream come true.

I think that every student comes in
kind of nervous, but, you know, being able

to shake the president's hand and say,
you know what, you made it.

I think that's the biggest accomplishment
for sure.

Just facing my fears and doing things

that I'm uncomfortable with
because I feel like I’ve grown.

Being able to bring my family together
to the Hilltop, and celebrate.

Celebrate
the work that we accomplished together.

I think it's all the memories
that I’ve made here.

Like, it was such a long road to get here,
all the friendships that I made.

People make a place.

And the people at USF certainly made
San Francisco one of my favorite places.
