Welcome to Loyola Village. This is a Type 3 double bedroom unit with carpeting for six residents. Please note these units vary in layout. Each resident receives an extra long twin size bed a desk a chair and a dresser many residents choose to store the dressers in their closets or under their beds.
This unit has three bedrooms two bathrooms a full kitchen and living room. There is a hallway closet and cabinets for storage. The first bedroom has each residence desk and chair and walk-in closet.
There's a connecting bathroom to the first bedroom. The other two bedrooms each have desks chairs and one open closet. There is a second bathroom located across the hallway from the other two bedrooms for residents to share in the unit.
The kitchen offers a full refrigerator including a freezer stove oven microwave dishwasher and dining room table with six chairs. Make sure to bring your own cleaning and cooking supplies.
The living room has an entertainment center two couches and two coffee tables. Residents have access to basic cable, but would need to bring their own TV and connector.
This unit includes a patio. There is overhead lighting provided and standing lamps in the bedrooms and living room. Please note that desk lamps are no longer provided.
