[Music] what attracted me to the USF Executive MBA program was cohort size which is small and intimate which allows you to get a lot of attention not only from your fellow cohort but from your faculty I feel this program is a nice mix of soft skills and hard skills so to speak so I've learned a lot about myself we do a lot of self analysis to learn what type of people we are thus what type of leaders we are with our MBA program what we hope to do is bring working professionals into a classroom environment where they not only learn from the faculty but they learn from each other the program is set up for students to come one weekend a month called a Thursday Friday and Saturday the aspects of learning today and applying tomorrow I was very true and there were several moments where I went to class over Thursday through Saturday and came back to my job on Monday and realized that I was actually applying the things I have learned the small class size is it's really nice lecture feels more like a discussion we want our students to be grounded in what we call the innovators mindset and get another toolkit under their belt for seeing the same old things with fresh eyes at work we've also added a 10 day global immersion trip each cohort has input as to where they travel globally learning the cultural aspects of doing business internationally so we get to learn what's our motivation I think once you understand that about yourself everything else falls into place within your career one of the best experiences from the USF Executive MBA program is building a great community within my cohort the network the community that you're part of as an alumni is really exciting so now I did I have my own class but also this network of alumni that are beyond just my EMBA program I know will be helpful in the future you
