And we found Alfred, who clearly was the class act of specialty coffee in the '60s. And he agreed to supply us, and to teach us quite a bit about the business. Jim Reynolds and I are susceptible to helping people who ask, who have the interest and the confidence to ask, and become involved. Well, I prefer methods that don't interfere with flavor.
