The Disability Issues Committee Award may be given
to an individual faculty or staff member who has made significant contributions
to improve the quality of life for students with disabilities at the University of San Francisco.
Some examples of the kind
of contributions we would like to recognize are:
- A person with outstanding service in providing accommodations for
students with disabilities on campus.
- A person who takes extra steps to ensure physical or academic
accessibility for all students.
- A person who actively promotes awareness of disability related

Nominations will be accepted from all
members of the University community (i.e. students, faculty, and staff). The award recipient will be selected by the
members of Disability Issues Committee. Please
note that Student Disability Services Office colleagues are not eligible.
