Most graduate students finance their education with federal loans. The application for these loans is called the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA . USF is accepting applications for enrollment into online degree programs from residents in the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Please check www.usfca.edu/state-auth for specific programs offered in these states.
