One Card Office

If you are a USF community member but are not a student or an employee, you still may be eligible to obtain a USF One Card for campus identification purposes and/or to access university services.
If you are eligible, please visit the USF One Card office after your sponsoring office has authorized you to obtain a card. Authorization generally comes with the completion of our affiliate or contractor ID request form.
Affiliates include Fromm and Upward Bound students, Loyola Village residents, and KUSF volunteers. Contractors include Bon Appetit, USF Bookstore, Copy Center, and Able Maintenance staff.
Please note that you are expected to retain this card throughout your duration at USF. If you experience a break in your time here, you should return your USF One Card to your supervisor, who should either destroy the card by shredding it or return it to the One Card office.
We do not charge a replacement fee for cards that experience normal wear-and-tear. For all other lost or replacement cards, there typically is a $15 replacement fee. If your cardholder status changes (e.g., from part-time to full-time staff), you should replace your USF One Card, at no cost, to reflect the change. Learn more about card replacements.
The One Card office is closed on University holidays and over holiday weekends. There are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri hours during break and final exam periods.
