The University of San Francisco: School of Nursing

Learning Resource Center

The Sister Geraldine McDonnell Learning Resource Center provides students with an environment to practice their clinical skills using materials and equipment representative of a real-world, clinical setting. It is a key educational resource for nursing students and allows them to achieve competency in clinical knowledge and skills in a comfortable setting.

The Learning Resource Center houses essential equipment and tools from an acute care setting, and students use the facility both for practice and skills assessment. By working in the Learning Resource Center, students develop and perfect their patient care skill-sets before implementing them in the clinical setting.

Location: Cowell Hall 108, University of San Francisco (main campus)
