Biography

Mr. Troy writes, produces, edits, and designs creative content for film and television. For more than a decade as a Freelance Broadcast Creative, he has created award-winning work for major television networks like CBS, ESPN, and Showtime. He is an interdisciplinary creator with swiss-army-knife skills. He combines storytelling, editing, and motion graphics with his original point of view. His expertise in executing projects from concept through delivery allows him to bridge the gap between production, editorial, and design. He strives to take risks, seek new challenges, and produce distinctive work.

As an educator, Mr. Troy believes sharing his experience and expertise is an investment in the next generation of creators. He emphasizes the intersection between art, craft, and technology. He connects abstract concepts with real-world applications, and engages his students through his own excitement and love of the medium.
