The Master of Arts in Urban and Public Affairs (UPA) program resides in The Leo T. McCarthy Center for Public Service and the Common Good. The McCarthy Center at USF inspires and equips students to lead lives of ethical public service both in their careers and their communities.

Internships that provide hands-on experience

Urban Affairs students are trained to be specialists in analyzing the policy challenges of 21st Century urbanism, via hands-on coursework and a 300-hour, graduate level internship.
