BS Business Administration, Hospitality Management

The USF Hospitality Management program requires you to complete two long-term internships before you graduate, and because it is a requirement, we put a great amount of effort into helping you select the right internship for your interests.

We also strongly encourage you to mix it up – do one summer working in food and beverage administration in Europe, and another serving as an event planner’s apprentice at a local luxury hotel. There’s no better way to discover the areas in which you’ll shine.

Human Resources internship at the Fairmont Hotel, San Francisco, for USF student Dani Swisher BS Business Administration ’16My internship has greatly improved my organization [skills] and ability to take on responsibility. USF has prepared me for this by giving me a strong foundation of hotel terminology, structure, and typical labor concerns."

I really valued how the hospitality program at USF requires internships to graduate. My four internships that I did during my time at USF will help open a lot of doors for me after graduation."
